Part time Administrator
CPU London is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part time Administrator.
About role
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our small team of devoted administrators and clinicians. You must be highly organised and be able to multi-task, as well as being a self-starter and as efficient working alone as in a team. As Administrator you will be supporting the Clinical Director and Service Manager in facilitating the overall smooth running of all aspects of the service.
15 hours per week (2 days).
Salary to be agreed based on experience.

About the current Board of Trustees
The Board of CPU is currently composed of six Trustees with a range of expertise in business, financial management, health and the legal sector. They promote CPU’s mission and values, provide high quality governance in accordance with requirements of charity law and good practice, guide its strategic development and support its work by drawing on their personal contacts and experience.
About this appointment
We are seeking to appoint individuals who:
Support our vision, mission and activities
Are interested in mental health and may have some familiarity with ill mental health and its treatment based on first or second hand experience
Have a strong network of contacts, significant commercial and fundraising experience to help drive forward the charity’s income generation activities
Have relevant marketing and social media expertise
Trustees are expected to attend 3-4 Board meetings online or in London each year (around 8 hours per annum), and events of CPU as they arise. Additionally, any newly appointed Trustee will be expected to:
Support the Board and staff of CPU through governance and strategic oversight, including providing leadership in relation to the Trustees’ input, the Trustees’ Annual Report and Financial Statements;
Support the charity in driving income generating activities.
